Living delicately between the worlds of liqueur & whisky, this sweetened dram is born out of the tradition of ‘ume-shu’ which translates to ‘plum alcohol.’ In late May, green, sour plums are harvested & combined with rock sugar & matured.

The Guigal Côtes du Rhône Rouge offers tremendous warmth, spice and pleasure, but in a decidedly individual fashion. It is, unlike virtually every other Côtes du Rhône, based on Syrah, a Northern Rhône approach that lends greater aromatic intensity and structure, though is far more difficult and costly to produce in the Southern Rhône.

Méditerranée Rosé is intended to be light, invigorating and easy to enjoy. Aromas & flavors of peach, orange and white flowers are accented by refreshing acidity & a salty minerality thanks to the influence of the sea. Provencal in style.

The blended sherry cask is a more high-toned and angular expression with bright acidity, gentle heat, and notes of maple syrup and stone fruit on the finish.

Ohishi Brandy Cask Whisky is a marriage of just a few casks of whisky that have been matured in ex-brandy barrels. The brandy casks give an elegance of soft oak, vanilla, pineapple and a touch of oxidation and rancio that compliments the silkiness of the rice in a very complex manner.

Whisky distilled from rice and is matured fully in fresh Sherry Casks. Each cask is hand selected by the master distiller Oishi-san and represents the beauty of light and dark juxtaposition that is the soft silky texture of rice whisky synchronized with the massive sherry influence of the cask. Big raisins, figs, and oak spice cover the nose and palate. Like sherry cask scotch whisky, but uniquely its own in mouth feel and aroma.

Varieties of estate-grown rice include Hino Hikari, Mori no Kuma-san, Yamada Nishiki, Gohyaku Mangoku, and Gin no Sato. Because of the rice’s efficient and subsequent clean fermentation, Ohishi uses a pot still made from stainless steel, as opposed to copper.

Sancerre Tradition is intended as a classic expression of the appellation with aromas and flavors of citrus, fresh herbs, and elderflower. Yountville Vineyard forms the heart of our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, with our Rutherford and Calistoga vineyards rounding out the blend. To boost complexity, we rely on a traditional Bordeaux blend of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, with a dash of Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé was first released in 1968. Its iconic bottle shape was inspired by the bottles used in Champagne centuries ago. Thanks to its consistently high quality and memorable bottle, Cuvée Rosé has become the most recognized rosé Champagne worldwide and is the benchmark of its category. Cuvée Rosé is made in a winery dedicated solely to its production. Grapes from carefully selected plots arrive at the winery and are meticulously sorted and destemmed before going into vats. Our proprietary maceration process is used which allows for skin contact typically for 48 to 72 hours. During that time, the wine obtains its color and develops the full aromatic richness of Pinot Noir. After the base wines are blended and bottled, Cuvée Rosé ages in the cellars for at least five years (six years for magnums). At disgorging, it receives a light dosage of 9 grams of sugar per liter, classifying it as a Brut Champagne. Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé is made of 100% Pinot Noir from 10 different crus situated mainly in Montagne de Reims, including the grand crus of Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours-sur-Marne.

The incredible quality of the 2018 vintage is on full display in our Estate Merlot. The wine is sensationally dense with ripe plum, boysenberry, and blackberry that leap out of the glass and coat the palate. The smooth, rich fruit is complemented by milk chocolate, fresh tobacco, sandalwood, black licorice, violet, and mocha. The choreography of how the voluptuous fruit wraps around the volcanic minerality while merging with the velvety tannins makes for an intriguing ballet in the mouth that simply leaves you wanting more.

Intense fuchsia color, exuberant nose of ripe blackberries and cassis with hints of mocha aromas. In the palate, the padlock opens up on more dark fruits with seductive truffle and dark chocolate notes. The texture is rich and intricate, the tannins are firms. Padlock 2018 is darker and juicier than its predecessor.

The Veuve Clicquot vineyard is comprised of 47% Chardonnay grapes, 36% Pinot Noir and 17% Pinot Meunier. The Clicquot vines are mostly situated on gentle sloping hills allowing the vines to benefit from shallow soil and a maximun exposure to sunlight. Since its foundation, the Maison of Veuve Clicquot has also established a strong partnership with its fellow winegrowers in Champagne. These providers of grapes and white wines help insure the consistent quality of the Veuve Clicquot wines.
